UNITED STATES REGISTRY
Registration is valid in all states.
We register all animals including dogs, cats, birds, horses, pigs, etc. as emotional support animals or therapy animals. The ADA allows dogs and miniature horses to be service animals.
Vests are offered for service dogs, emotional support animals, and therapy animals. Vests can be customized for cats and pigs at no additional fee.
Emotional Support Animal: Any animal can be an Emotional Support Animal. Federal law does not require these animals to have any specific training. You do not have to be disabled to have an Emotional Support Animal. These animals are for people with anxiety or depression. The animal should have good social skills if taken in public places. Emotional Support Animals have a right to housing and can travel on an airline for free with a note from a licensed mental health provider or doctor. Please check with your airline prior to travel for their specific rules regarding emotional support animals and the type of animals that can travel on a plane. Cats and dogs can travel in the cabin of an airplane if the airline requirements are met.
Service Animal: Service animals must perform a task for an owner with a disability or medical condition. The disability does not have to be visible. Examples of tasks that can be performed by a service animal include alerting to sounds, diabetic alert, high blood pressure, and pain management. Service animals are generally allowed anywhere the public has access. Service animals have a right to housing and can travel on an airline for free. Please check with your airline prior to travel for their specific rules regarding service animals. You will be asked what service the dog provides for you and your dog has to be under your control and not aggressive towards people or other animals. All the public access standards are listed on this website.
Veterans: Veterans with PTSD can register their dogs as service animals. Other animals can be registered as Emotional Support Animals. We are sensitive to the specific needs of veterans.
What is the Federal Law? The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) allows for individuals with medical disabilities, psychiatric disorders, or PTSD to register their dogs as service animals. Individuals with depression or anxiety can register their animals as Emotional Support Animals. This allows you to keep your animal if you live in no pet housing and to keep the animal with you for support.
Avoid Pet Related Travel Fees and Qualify For No Pet Housing!
Many people register their dogs as Service Animals or Emotional Support Animals (ESA) so they can accompany them into stores, restaurants, motels, or on airline flights (for no extra cost). Service Dogs and Emotional Support Animals qualify for housing where pets aren't allowed.

What Are My Rights?
The ADA protects people with all kinds of disabilities (obvious disabilities, as well as the invisible kind) by requiring all businesses that serve the public to allow people with disabilities to bring their service animals with them. That means restaurants, hotels, retail stores, taxicabs, theaters, concert halls, sports facilities, and airlines - just about any place you can imagine. If the public has access to it, then so do you and your service dog. By law, these businesses can't charge you extra or separate you from other customers because of your certified service dog. And by law, businesses aren't allowed to ask you to prove your dog is a service animal, although that doesn't guarantee they won't ask.
An Emotional Support Animal (ESA) is not considered a working service dog under the ADA and is not granted unlimited public access. Protections under federal law include allowing a handler to be accompanied by his/her emotional support animal in the cabin of the aircraft, in accordance with the Air Carrier Access Act 49 U.S.C. 41705 and Dept of Transportation 14 C.F.R. Part 382. Please check with your airline prior to travel for their specific rules regarding service animals.
